Bedtime stories have long been a comforting way to help children unwind and fall asleep. However, in today’s fast-paced world—filled with noise, screens, bright lights and constant stimulation—even the traditional bedtime story can struggle to settle a child’s mind enough to encourage sleep.

That’s why our collection of bedtime stories by Sabina Bashir has been thoughtfully designed to go beyond storytelling.

Each story is infused with calming meditation techniques, Sabina’s soothing, hypnotic voice and the gentle music and soundscapes—all carefully crafted to deeply relax your child and ease them into sleep naturally and peacefully, without the usual bedtime battles.

Many of the stories include guided visualisations at the end to help even the most restless or reluctant sleepers gently drift off.
