The Complete 11+

More practice papers won't fix what's underneath.

English, Maths, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning, taught alongside the curriculum they need for SATs. Practise on screen, or play at the table.

English · Maths · Verbal Reasoning · Non-Verbal Reasoning

Does this sound familiar?

Another mock. Another score. And still no idea why.

They can do a paper when it's the same type as last week. Change the question and it falls apart.

The 11+ isn't a separate subject. The children who struggle with it usually have gaps in the same foundations SATs test. Papers alone can't find those.

The assessment tells me where the child actually is."Sabina Bashir · Practice papers rarely tell you the second part. This does.
How it works

Find the gap. Practise at their level. Watch the gaps close.

Work at the right level

11+ questions at easy, medium and hard levels, so your child is stretched without being swamped. Built to feel like games, not worksheets.

03 · TRACK

See what's changing

Results build up over time towards the 11+ standard, so you can see what's improving, what needs another look, and where to focus next.

What makes it different

Welcome to the new way of learning!

Have you ever asked someone in a supermarket where to find something, only to get completely confused by their directions?

Wouldn't it have been easier if they'd drawn you a little map? Or better still, just shown you where you needed to go?

Some people are fine with verbal instructions. Others prefer a picture or diagram. And some find it easier when someone shows them what to do.

Well, children are no different!

So why do we keep using the same explanations and teaching methods for every child?

That's why at The Parent Teacher we tailor your child's learning to their ROSIELAF personality profile animal. It helps you understand how they approach learning, how they respond when they get stuck, and what kind of guidance might work best for them.

But we don't stop there!

We also look at YOUR natural teaching style too, because the way you explain something might not be the way your child understands it.

And through our assessments, we identify what your child already knows and where they're struggling, so you're not just guessing what to teach next.

Our reports bring the two together: what your child needs to learn, and how you can help them learn it.

Not general advice, unless you're being guided by the chameleon. Guidance that speaks directly to you and your child. So remember to get your learning profile first.

Our ROSIELAF animals are not random mascots, they actually help to personalise your learning, while our assessments identify academic strengths and gaps.

Because parents are teachers too.

I've taught for 30 years, across secondary, primary and early years, and I've home educated my youngest since she was seven.

I take children backwards to go forwards. If a gap starts in earlier work, that's where we begin, not where the year group says they should be. This membership puts that way of working in your hands.

"Tuition should be a bridge, not a destination."

At school or at home

Ready for the test. Strong beyond it.

Most of what the 11+ assesses, children need in Year 6 and secondary school anyway. Working at 11+ level builds foundations that last, whether your child is at school or learning at home, and whether they sit the test or use it as a high standard to aim for.

Questions before you join

Is it for home-educated children too?

Yes. It's for any child working towards the 11+, at school or at home. Home-educating families can also use it as a high standard to aim for, whether or not they sit the test.

Do we need ROSIELAF first?

No. Your child can start straight away with the chameleon as their guide. Add your profiles whenever you're ready, and the guidance becomes personal.

Does my child have to sit the 11+?

No. The 11+ is the standard they work towards. Sitting the test is your choice.

Can we try it first?

Yes. The free Verbal Reasoning Gap Finder shows you where your child is in one subject, before you join.

Your next step
